Telegram Mail Gateway

Are repair requests, board photographs, and component inquiries drowning in Telegram chats? Move your hardware diagnostics to a clean and structured email inbox.

Email <-> Telegram

In the electronics and hardware repair industry, precision and detailed information determine the success of a repair. As an independent engineer, hardware technician, or embedded systems developer, you appreciate Telegram for the speed with which you can receive detailed photos of burned PCB components, system logs, error screenshots, or short videos of a hardware malfunction. However, when serial numbers, spare parts specifications, and repair status inquiries all mix in a fast-moving chat, costly oversights or missed details easily occur. Our system serves as an intelligent communication bridge. It captures data, photos, and files from Telegram and organizes them into chronological, professional email threads in your inbox. This makes the entire process, from initial diagnostics to final testing, transparent and fully documented.

  • Centralized Inquiry Desk (Helpdesk): All repair quotes, component availability checks, and error descriptions flow into a single email inbox, simplifying your daily workload and scheduling.
  • Complete Technical Documentation: Macro photos, board schematics (PDF/Boardview), system error logs, and firmware binaries sent by clients are permanently and securely stored in your email history.
  • Clear Accountability & Repair Trail: Maintain an unalterable record of cost estimates, diagnostic risks, and used spare parts. Email creates a permanent history that eliminates disputes during device pickup or warranty claims.
  • Privacy and Boundaries: Allow your clients to message you via Telegram while keeping your personal profile and phone number completely private. All messages are securely routed directly to your business email.
  • Deep Focus on Precision Work: Work under the microscope, perform delicate micro-soldering, or write microcontroller code in complete peace, without constant chat notifications interrupting your focus.
