1. Open Telegram and search for @BotFather
2. Start a chat and type /newbot
3. Follow the prompts to:
- Give your bot a name (e.g. "Company Office Bot")
- Choose a unique username ending in bot (e.g. mycompany_office_bot)

4. Once created, BotFather will send you a bot token — a long string of letters and numbers
5. Copy this token, you’ll need it to connect your bot to our email service in your admin panel
